Description

A mixture of carrot, broccoli and cauliflower coated in a lightly seasoned crumb. Wattie's Veggie Bites™ Crispy Mixed Vegetables are delicious as a side dish or quick snack. Wattie's Veggie Bites™ Crispy Mixed Vegetables are a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Made with no added flavours and no preservatives, these tasty, crispy vegetables are ready in just minutes in the oven or air fryer. Serve with a homemade aioli, mayonnaise or a simple squeeze of lemon juice.

Ingredients

Vegetables (50%) (Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower), Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oils, Salt, Maize Starch, Yeast, Maize Four, Parsley, Sugar, Natural Colour (Paprika Extract).

Contains: Wheat, Gluten.  May Contain: Milk.

Preparation Instructions

Conventional/ Fan Forced Oven: Pre-heat oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced) for 10 minutes. Remove the product from packaging and place a single layer of fries in the baking tray. Cook near centre of oven for 15 -17 minutes, turning th product halfway through preparation. Do not overcook and monitor during the final inutes of cooking. Allow product to cool down for 1 minute after removal from the oven, Air Fryer: Set air fryer at 200°C on manual setting. Cook for 10-11 minutes, shaking the product halfway through preparation. Do not overcook and monitor during the final minutes of cooking. Allow the product to cool down for 1 minute after removal from the air fryer. The cooking instructions are based on a whole bag (400g) of the product. For different quantities adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen. Store at or below -18°C. Do not thaw before cooking.
