This Pear Cider was made from the contents of only a few pear trees, fermented in barrels , and then promptly forgotten about for six months. It gives new meaning to the term rustic, as it's made in a very traditional French farmhouse style, with a strong pear character. This Pear Cider is rustic and funky.
