are perfectly balanced by luscious vibrant red fruit flavours

Tasting Notes

COLOUR Deep red with a crimson hue. NOSE/ AROMA Violet, cassis, plum, hints of spice and char from new (25%) and older (75%) American oak hogsheads. PALATE Rich & luscious. Classic yet approachable Barossa Cabernet tannin structure. Plush, long in length, balanced by vibrant red fruits and cassis. American oak adds to the depth and complexity of the palate without overpowering the fruit.
